Please review the terms for your service before purchasing.
Private readings
Private readings are paid in full at booking. Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund. With less than 48 hours' notice, rescheduling is available if you contact April before the scheduled session begins; a refund is not available. Missed appointments without notice are not refunded.
Your Google Meet link
Your link is emailed after your payment is received, with a reminder one hour before your session.
Recordings
The 60-minute Deep Spirit-Led Reading includes a recording with your consent. You can download it for your personal use. It stays available for six months after your session, so please save a copy if you wish to keep it. The 30-minute reading, Coaching Planning Call and coaching sessions are not recorded. Short snippets from recorded readings may be shared publicly, without names or identifying details. If you'd rather your snippets not be shared, just say so on your booking form.
Coaching packages
Coaching packages are nonrefundable. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a coaching session. I understand emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss rescheduling. If you miss a session without communicating beforehand, that session counts as used and is deducted from your package. No refund is provided for the missed session.
Coaching Planning Call credit
The Coaching Planning Call is 20 minutes and costs $50, paid at booking. The payment applies toward either coaching package when you enroll within 14 days. The call does not include a private reading or a full coaching session, and there is no obligation to enroll.

Readings and coaching are not substitutes for medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. Specific outcomes, messages or contact with a particular loved one cannot be guaranteed.
